2024-25 Band Fees
$300 Marching Band/Color Guard Membership Fee-for all members: This fee supports costs associated with the band program including apparel, competition fees, travel, food at events, uniforms costs, staff, show design and much more. This participation fee also includes assisting with the costs of the Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble activities during the rest of the school year. This fee is in addition to the Autzen concessions fundraising. Students may fundraise the entire $300 + their 3 fair share fundraisers.
TBA Marching Band Shoes: All band members need to provide their own marching band shoes. We do have some used shoes that students have the option to take for free. These donated shoes will be available at registration. Returning members-make sure you have located and tried on your shoes before band camp!
Participation Fee Payment Info: Ms. Bounds will be providing each student with an invoice for payment. Fees will be able to be paid via credit card with our school finance secretary, to Ms. Bounds via cash or check, or online. You do have the option of fundraising this entire participation fee amount/set up payment plans.
Band Fair Share: The 2024 Marching Band & Color Guard season costs approximately $700 per member. We are asking that each member pay a $300 participation fee to offset these costs (described above) AND a Fair Share Fundraising Commitment. The work of the fair share comes out to approximately $300.
To cover this $300 fair share we are asking each member/family (only one fair share commitment per family) . You can complete the fair share through one of these options:

Work 3 Shifts @ UO Football Concessions (1 shift = 1 person working, 2 people working= 2 shifts).

Work 3 Shifts @ Oregon Women's Basketball (starts in December)

Work 4 shifts @ Sheldon HS Football Game Ticket Takers
